Objective

1. To install new prepaid meter from given list provided to you, attending the same address as mentioned in list.
2. Type of Work: You will get latest meter, which needs to be installed alongwith LT Line and HT Line installation.

Work will include following KRA:

• Collection
• Implementation
• Testing
• Inventory

You have to collect the meter from designated office as mentioned in the agreement and Work Order, as per the security given to the authority. Daily inventory is supposed to be maintained and new meter installation shall be documented properly against the security. After the delivery is made and installation completed, you can collect new meters.

Output

As per your team capacity initially, later it will be increased to complete the work.

Delivery

Delivery list will be provided where you have to install the meter.

Technical Requirement

You should have technically skilled manpower to implement the project. Meter installation and electrical installations shall be done as per electrical department standards.

Invoice

Invoice needs to be raised every month with complete in/out accountability of assets.

Payout

The payout as shown in the proposal is excluding GST which will be paid by GRAMEEN VIKAS SANSTHAN.

Materials

The materials to be used in the construction/erection/installation shall be provided by us for which the vendor has to give bank guarantee/blank cheque with agreement against the material which shall be settled after completion of the work as per agreement.

Project Cost Payout for the project will be as follows:

• Installation Cost per meter is Rs. 230 Rs/- for Prepaid Smart Meter Installation.
• The Rate excluded 18% GST and all other taxes, levies, transportation, duties, tariff etc.
• 90% payment will be made after 30 days and balance 10% will be done after project completion.
• ** HT, LT, DTC work rate depends on quotation.

Quality Check:

Quality Check shall be done by authority randomly.

Acceptance:

Acceptance should be taken at the time of delivery in three ways:

• Letter of acceptance from customer
• Delivering back to warehouse
• Submission of pending DMS Documents checklist for Meter installation Project.

• Company/Firm Name and profile
• Copy of Labour License
• Copy of PF Challan
• Copy of ESI
• Company’s rubber stamp
• Director’s Aadhaar card
• Company/Director Pan card
• 4 photograph of director
• 5 copies of Letter head
• Cancel cheque-1
• 1 blank cheque (as security)
• Rs. 100 stamp paper- 1
